Essential oils are 50-70x more powerful than their original plant state…meaning a little goes a long way. They have unique therapeutic and nutritive properties, which means the healing possibilities are endless.
The body accepts these powerful essential oil chemical compounds at a cellular level, protecting, nourishing, calming and detoxing the body from the inside out. reversing free radicals, soothing, nourishing and healing your body as a whole.
How can I use Essential Oils?
There are multiple ways to intake the health benefits of the oils:
1) Inhale them by rubbing between your hands and taking slow deep breaths.
2) Applying directly to your skin, using a carrier oil to evenly transport the healing properties deep into your body, whilst protecting the skin from irritation/sensitive skin.
3) One of my favourites, using an essential oil diffuser to vaporate the oils into the air, breathing in the protective compounds that purifies the air, perfect for children to experience the benefits without calculating the correct dilution.
